Terms of Service — Code Review Agent (POC)

Scope

These Terms govern your evaluation use of the Code Review Agent proof-of-concept Forge app for Bitbucket Cloud (the “App”). The App is pre-release software for testing.

Access & Use

We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the App in your Bitbucket workspace for evaluation. Do not misuse the App or circumvent security.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Atlassian Bitbucket Cloud and uses ngrok during the POC. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

Data & Privacy

Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy (link below). You are responsible for any required organizational consents.

Availability & Support

The App may change, be rate-limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Support is best-effort via nkunal@aol.com

Intellectual Property

The App and related materials remain the property of Kunal Devlab’s and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Warranties & Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KUNAL DEVLAB’S WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. DIRECT DAMAGES ARE LIMITED TO USD $100.

Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for misuse or to protect the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
